Kassler Rippchen Dinner - Bavarian smoked pork, with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. Three Wurst Platter - 3 Bavarian sausages with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes Various Wurst Sandwiches –grilled Bratwurst, Knockwurst, Kielbasa, or smoked Sausage with Sauerkraut on a roll - Wursts subject to availability Leberkäse - specially cooked loaf mixture consisting of Corned Beef, Pork and Bacon.
